In the event a customer is no longer satisfied with our services, moving, or any other event to suddenly stop services, K&S Sanitation Service, Inc. will issue a refund for any unused services. We value not only our customers, but we value there comfort at all times. Customers can request refunds by emailing us at customerservice@kssanitation.com or call 704-549-1451. This has always been in our policy.
